Edmund Adamus is Director of Pastoral Affairs for the Westminster Diocese. Specialising in the pastoral care of marriage, family and the formation of young people, Edmund worked as an Ofsted Lay Inspector of schools from 1993-2004. He was Development Coordinator for the Conference of Religious in England and Wales from 2002-2004 and has worked in various pastoral situations including school, university, hospital and prison chaplaincy. From 1995-99, he served the Salford diocese as Private Secretary to Archbishop Patrick Kelly (Liverpool) and Bishop Terence Brain (Salford).
Edmund line manages a deaf service, a specialist centre for learning disability and learning difficulty and directs a diocesan grants foundation to alleviate poverty and deprivation throughout London.

Phillip Hylander is a Managing Director and Partner at Goldman Sachs in London. Prior to joining Goldman, Phillip worked for Deutsche Bank and was a board member of Morgan Grenfell & Co.
Phillip is a director of the DB Microcredit development Fund, a Trustee of the High Land Foundation and lives in London with his wife have and two children.
David Kaplan was until recently a Partner and Managing Director of Goldman Sachs, where he spent 22 years managing businesses in several product lines.
In 2006 he left Goldman Sachs to join Fulcrum Asset Management, trading in their macro hedge fund and in January 2007 he began to work full time as CEO of online media company Pure Solo, which specialises in user generated music
Ilene H. Lang is the President of Catalyst, the leading research and advisory organisation working with businesses to expand opportunities for women at work.
Ms. Lang is broadly recognised as a pioneering female high-tech/Internet executive and has advised CEOs and entrepreneurs as a board member, coach, and investor in women-led technology companies. She was the founding CEO of AltaVista Internet Software Inc and Senior Vice President of the Desktop Business Group at Lotus Development Corporation
Ms. Lang is a director of ART Technology Group and has served on the Board of Directors of PlanetAll, the Advisory Board of Direct Hit Technologies prior to its acquisition by Ask Jeeves, and the Board of Trustees of Radcliffe College prior to its merger with Harvard University
